Monster Template

Adrian Evans posts jobs on a variety of job sites in order to increase the exposure of his jobs vacancies to the widest possible audience.

In order to maintain a closer relationship between the applicant and Adrian Evans, he wanted as may applications as possible to be handled through the Adrian Evans website.

To that end a template was developed on monster.co.uk so that the Adrian Evans Search & Selection job vacancies displayed on the Monster website would appear as if they were on the Adrian Evans website.

The template was developed in such a way that when an applicant clicks to apply for a job vacancy from the Monster template, they are taken directly to the job application on the Adrian Evans website and submit their application directly to Adrian.

This allows the candidate to have a round-trip experience of the Adrian Evans brand and allows them an opportunity to visit any part of the website even from the Monster template.

Following on from the successful branding and stationery design, the next step was to design, develop and build a website. The website had to get across the personal approach that Adrian has to his clients and candidates, his wealth of experience and his professionalism. The website also had to have the ability to display job vacancies and to be able to receive job applications directly.

Working with Adrian and Stuart Wood, a copywriter that was commissioned by Adrian, we worked on the visual design of the website and at the same time I tailored an online job application system that I had previously developed to fit his needs.

Now anyone visiting the website can find out all they need to about Adrian Evans Search & Selection, see the latest job vacancies and apply online directly through the website.

Adrian Evans logo and stationery design.Branding and stationery design

Having been referred to me by a colleague, Adrian Evans commissioned me to help brand his company which had been established for some years now, but required a better visual presence.

This essentially involved the development and design of a new logo as well as artworking layout for stationery that would include letterheads, comp slips and business cards.

Tony made our logo development and rebranding exercise a simple one. He listened closely to what we required and offered clear and insightful thoughts and solutions. He created a number of suitable design solutions and was very flexible in developing these until we were all completely satisfied with the final selection; whilst working to and achieving tight deadlines. His experience in both the print and electronic worlds has proved invaluable. We are delighted with our new look and plan to work with Tony to create our new website.
