Having your twitter feed on your website is a good way to keep some content on your website looking fresh, as your messages are added automatically, and can also serve as a great way of posting quick links or tips.
Though there is code available via twitter.com to include your twitter feed or add a 'Follow me' button to your website. Sometimes the buttons can be brash and not fit in with your website look and feel, or with your branding. The alternative Flash version of the feed may also be less accessible to search engines.

What do you get?
Twitter profile background image
A background design for your Twitter profile page will be created based on your logo and branding (if you have any). Typically the backgrounds are made up of:
- Logo
- Imagery
- Brief description
- Contact / website details
You will be provided with a Photoshop mock-up of a proposal for your Twitter profile. You will be offered the chance to make changes to this design when first submitted for approval. After the second version you will be charged for extra changes at £10 per ocassion that changes are required. But don't worry - I usually deliver what you want first time.
Twitter feed integration and/or 'follow me' button
The production of a custom look and feel to the Twitter feed relies on me having either access (via FTP) to your web hosting space, or your ability to take the HTML and CSS and implement it on your website.
The HTML code for the feed and the CSS is only intended to be supplied for one instance - usually the home page. Should you require me to add more instances to your website, a quote for the extra work will be supplied on request.
NOTE
Please note that if you want to use a specific image, and you provide me with the image, you will be required to sign a statement that you accept responsibility for the use of the imagery and that I will not be held liable for any copyright infringement.
If you would like a specific image for your background, I can usually source these from image libraries at an extra cost to be determined at the time of the design proposal.
I just want a cool Twitter background
If you just want a cool background for your Twitter profile that is unique to you, then I can provide this for half the offer price - which is just £30 (excluding the cost of any extra imagery).
Procedure
If you require a feed to be integrated into your website, then an initial assessment will be needed to be made so I can establish whether it will be possible to add the feed. If you are using a bespoke web management system or blogging software, it may be difficult to integrate - depending on whether the system is open enough to add the HTML and CSS and imagery required.
You will be provided with a Photoshop mock-up of a proposal for your Twitter profile as described earlier. Along with the mock-up supplied of the Twitter profile background, there will also be a photoshop mock-up of the feed and/or 'follow me' button. Once you have approved the designs you will be provided with an invoice that will be required to be paid and received by me before the code for the feed will be written and any final imagery produced.
When payment has been received you will be sent the background image and any information regarding altering the settings in Twitter that are required. You will also either be sent the HTML, CSS and imagery for the Twitter feed if you are implementing yourself, or I shall implement into your website code as required.
Changes to Twitter
Twitter could change their code, way of feeding tweets or terms of service at any time - so I can only guarantee the HTML and CSS at the time of implementation. However I feel it is unlikely that they will make any major change that would effect the implementation as most of the work is in the CSS and any supporting imagery.
